Making a stand
We have had a lot of our customers and friends ask us if we have a store, location, etc. where they can shop AngelBear Customs. Great News!! We are opening a stand inside the 1884 Market House in Waynesboro, PA! Stay tuned to our socials for the most up-to date info, but for now, enjoy some photos of us building our booth.
Before Pictures! Here are some photos of what the booth looked like before we started to Unlock the Magic! I wasn’t fond of the color or texture on the walls, but Chris convinced me that he was really feeling the location, so we chose this smaller booth to start out.
Annnnnnnd of course, I knew that if anyone could make my dreams a reality, it would be him! I made a diagram and measured everything out and we spent Saturday cutting, painting, and prepping. We hand painted these panels with blue sky and clouds, and also cut and painted each rainbow striped panel. Once we unloaded everything, Chris began to unlock the magic! It’s a work in progress and hopefully will be done by this coming weekend.
And we built some book cases and Chris hung some adjustable strips to hold the hand-made painted wood shelves. Next you see the blank wall, which I’m too excited about seeing once it’s completed! Then we also have some magical plans for the ceiling. We made a rainbow rack attached to another small bookcase on the outside edge of our booth. Then placed a sign where people can tap their phones to find out more about us and some of our local friends! We can’t wait to show you what we do this weekend!
All in all, this took the better part of a whole day to build. We started at 10am and finished just as a huge storm was hitting around 4:30pm, we then began to make the 90 mile trip back home to get ready for our day jobs the next day! Can’t wait to get finished so we can start bringing in the bears!!
